Freight quote add-in for Outlook

Open a customer's quote request and choose Qotery → Quote this. Qotery reads the email, pulls out the shipment and flags anything missing, in a side panel next to the message. No copying between windows.

In Outlook on the web and the new Outlook, it's under the Apps button in the message toolbar. It also works in classic Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac.

Qotery prices the request against your own carrier rate sheets with your margin, marks the cheapest and fastest options, and drafts the reply, or the email asking for what's missing. You review it and send it from Outlook as usual.

Create a category named “Qotery” in Outlook and the add-in applies it to each email it reads, so your team can see at a glance which requests Qotery has already read.

A Microsoft 365 admin can deploy the add-in to everyone from the Microsoft 365 admin centre (Settings → Integrated apps). It can take up to 24 hours to appear. The first time, each person signs in with their Qotery account.

You don't need it. Forward requests to your own Qotery address or paste them in, and Qotery does the same work in the web app.
