Which carriers does Qotery work with?
Any carrier you have prices for. Upload their rate sheet as CSV or Excel, with zones, weight bands, fuel and surcharges, and Qotery prices from it. DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, DPD, Parcelforce and others get their own badges; anyone else can have their logo uploaded. More about rate sheets
Do I need Outlook?
No. You can forward requests to your own Qotery address or paste them in. If your team uses Outlook, the add-in puts a Qotery button on every email. About the Outlook add-in
Where do my rates come from?
Your own negotiated rate sheets. Qotery never uses published or shared prices, so every quote reflects your buy rates and the margin you choose.
Can Qotery estimate duties and taxes?
Yes, for shipments into the EU, Great Britain, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong. Qotery suggests the commodity code, then estimates the import duty and taxes from the destination's official tariff and tax rates, plus, into the EU, Great Britain, the US and Canada, each carrier's fees for handling them. Every option in your reply gets its own estimate, so there's no separate duty calculator to subscribe to and no researching rates. The reply states what the estimate assumes, such as the standard VAT rate.
What if the request is missing information?
Qotery flags it: dimensions that look like millimetres, missing postcodes, weights, stackability, goods descriptions or Incoterms. It drafts one polite email asking for everything at once.
Does Qotery send emails without me?
No. Qotery drafts; you review, adjust the margin if you like, and send.
