Qotery drafts the “can you confirm” email, a rate request to a supplier, or a two-option quote, signed with your company's signature. It never sends anything on its own: you review it, adjust the margin if you like, and send.

When the customer replies “option 2 please”, Qotery matches it to the right quote and marks it accepted.
